Roger and Mary Hayden opened Roger’s Academy of Hair Design in 1982 after bringing experience, education and progressiveness from the east coast into salon ownership and new concepts to our local community. As salon owners, Roger and Mary saw the need and had the vision to educate skilled, successful salon ready hairdressers.

With over 25 years of experience as a school we maintain our salon influence. We challenge our students to succeed by exposing them to top educational systems such as: Redken, Paul Mitchell and Wella International.
